People in your community are looking for exactly what you offer. We can help them find you.

SocialRx connects individuals dealing with loneliness, stress, or other behavioral health issues to local arts, culture, and nature experiences that support their health and wellbeing. We'd love to bring your organization into that network. Here’s what you should know.

SocialRx works with a wide variety of organizations.

  • Organizations that are a good fit are those that offer creative, cultural, or outdoor programs that are open to the public.

  • Programs may include a range of experiences, from ‘receptive’ (like visiting a museum or viewing a performance) to ‘participatory’ (joining a dance class or an open mic event).

  • Organizations can offer a variety of disciplines/genres or specialties, including literary arts, film & media, nature, music, visual arts, movement & dance, craft & design, history & culture, or theater & performance.

  • Community Partners can be non-profits, for-profits, individual artists or practitioners.

Who are SocialRx members?

SocialRx serves a wide range of individuals of all ages. The majority fall into three main groups:

  • Older adults (55+) showing risk factors for social isolation, loneliness, and depression

  • Young people (12-26) with behavioral health conditions, such as stress, anxiety, or depression

  • University students (18-30) experiencing loneliness or with behavioral health conditions, such as stress or anxiety

What’s the benefit to your organization?
